Wind River Water Temperature is above 70 degrees

PLEASE BE ADVISED: give the trout a break and don’t fish the Wind River from town and below! In town at 5pm yesterday the water was 72, and a little further east of town the water was 75 degrees. This has been due to the very dry weather and all the water used lately from the Wind for the fire. The result is very low flow rates. Yesterday’s flow rate was 85cfs!!!!
